  • Ensure customer feedback is communicated to management for service improvement and development.
  • Meet performance targets set for service quality, response time, and customer satisfaction levels.
  • Assist in training new employees in customer service techniques and company policies.
  • Participate in team meetings to share insights and suggest improvements for service operations.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products based on customer needs and preferences.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is an advantage.
  • Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written formats are required.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to effectively address customer concerns promptly.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and customer service software applications.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and efficiency.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
