Roles & Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist guests upon arrival, ensuring a memorable first impression with genuine hospitality.
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, providing accurate information about hotel services and amenities.
  • Handle guest complaints and feedback with empathy and professionalism, striving for swift resolutions to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Assist in managing reservations and check-in/check-out processes efficiently, minimizing wait times for guests.
  • Promote hotel services and local attractions to guests, enhancing their overall experience and encouraging repeat visits.
  • Maintain knowledge of hotel policies, procedures, and current promotions to provide accurate information to guests.
  • Process payments and maintain accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with hotel financial policies.
  • Engage in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve service delivery and operational efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • UAE National with a passion for hospitality and customer service, embodying local culture and values.
  • Minimum high school diploma; a degree in hospitality or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the hospitality industry, showcasing a strong understanding of guest needs.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English, with additional language skills considered a valuable asset in a diverse environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with guests and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in using hotel management software and basic computer applications, ensuring efficient operations.
