Customer Relations Executive – Dubai

Join a prestigious luxury perfume & beauty brand as a Customer Relations Executive in Dubai. Engage with customers, resolve queries, and deliver exceptional service while upholding the brand’s standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via calls, emails, and social media
- Maintain accurate customer records.
- Resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive experience
- Assist with reporting and administrative tasks using advanced Excel
- Collaborate with internal teams and provide feedback to improve service
Requirements:
High school minimum, degree preferred
Immediate joiners preferred
Working Hours: Mon–Thu (full day), Fri (3 hours)
