Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle inbound / outbound inquiries (phone, email, WhatsApp, online platforms) from customers, agents, and partners regarding bookings, itineraries, and services.
- Provide detailed information on Luxury Hideaways’ properties, packages, and experiences.
- Assist customers with reservations, confirmations, and changes to travel itineraries.
- Deliver personalized service to high-net-worth clients ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with South Africa operations team for smooth execution of bookings and guest experiences.
- Maintain accurate customer records, booking details, and correspondence.
- Proactively follow up with clients before, during, and after their stay to ensure a luxury experience.
- Resolve customer issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Support the sales and marketing team by cross-selling or upselling relevant packages.
- Stay updated on travel trends, hospitality standards, and competitive offerings.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in hospitality, travel, or luxury customer service (preferably in reservations, concierge, or guest relations).
- Strong understanding of luxury travel expectations and customer service excellence.
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written). Arabic or other languages are a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office and reservation/CRM systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and manage client expectations effectively.
- Based in Dubai with flexibility to coordinate across international time zones.
