Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently by identifying root causes and providing effective solutions.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system to ensure accurate records and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct follow-up communications to ensure customer satisfaction and retention after issue resolution.
  • Utilize data analytics to track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement in service delivery.
  • Participate in team meetings to share customer feedback and contribute to service enhancement strategies.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Fluency in English is required; additional language skills (e.g., Spanish, French) are a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly and effectively.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills to navigate complex customer scenarios with ease.
