Roles & Responsibilities
Full-Time Crypto Treasury Manager to oversee digital asset operations and establish the company’s wallet and treasury infrastructure. The ideal candidate will design secure wallet systems, manage fund flows, and implement strong governance and operational standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
Responsibilities: • Design and maintain the company’s wallet architecture, including multi-signature, cold, and hot wallets. • Manage asset transfers between treasury, operational, and ICO wallets securely and transparently. • Coordinate with technical and security partners. • Develop and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for wallet management, transactions, and access control. • Implement secure key custody, backup, and recovery procedures (Ledger/Trezor + Multisig). • Prepare periodic treasury reports covering balances, transactions, and liquidity status. • Support integration with institutional exchange accounts and liquidity management. ________________________________________ Requirements: • Minimum 3 years of experience in crypto treasury, custody management, or blockchain security operations. • Proficiency with Gnosis Safe, Fireblocks, or BitGo platforms. • Hands-on experience with Ledger and Trezor hardware wallets, and multisig configurations. • Strong understanding of ERC-20 standards, DeFi operations, and DAO treasury structures. • Excellent documentation skills, operational discipline, and communication ability.
