Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their CRM needs and develop solutions that align with their business goals.
  • Design and develop CRM applications, workflows, and integrations, utilizing industry best practices.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to development teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality CRM solutions.
  • Conduct regular code reviews and performance optimizations to enhance system efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Participate in end-to-end solution implementation, including requirements gathering, system design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for CRM solutions.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for CRM applications.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest CRM technologies and trends, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a CRM Dynamics 365, with a focus on CRM solution design and development.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM platforms, such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or Oracle CRM.
  • Proficiency in CRM customization, configuration, and integration.
  • Experience with CRM workflows, data migration, and system integrations.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Experience with Agile methodology is a plus.
  • Certification in CRM platforms is preferred.
