Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Chase and collect outstanding premiums within agreed credit terms.
- Reconcile insurer statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare aged debtors reports and monitor overdue accounts.
- Ensure timely premium remittance to insurers in line with regulations.
- Coordinate with account managers and clients on payment queries.
- Adhere to AML/CFT and client money handling regulations.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3 5 years credit control experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.
- Strong reconciliation and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office and accounting/broker management systems.
