Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Own and deliver the country s financial performance, including revenue and profit targets.
- Develop and execute strategic growth plans across all IWG brands and channels.
- Forge new partnerships to accelerate network expansion.
Operational Excellence
- Ensure centres operate efficiently, with high occupancy and outstanding customer service.
- Champion innovative workplace design and operational innovation.
Team Leadership
- Build, inspire, and develop a high-performing team that embodies IWG s customer-centric culture.
- Foster collaboration across sales, marketing, operations, and network development functions.
- Drive accountability and performance through clear KPIs and data-driven management
Customer & Partner Engagement
- Represent IWG as the market leader in flexible workspace, building strong relationships with corporate clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Desired Candidate Profile
Strong commercial track-record of driving month on month top and bottom-line growth.
Outstanding leadership skills you have recruited, trained, and retained a best inclass team.
Good at setting priorities, putting plans in place and using data to review performance.
Understands and manage levers that maximize revenue and profitability including price and enquiry conversion.
Professional and clear communication skills coupled with the ability to build strong business relationships.
Well organised, good at setting priorities for self and others.
Resilient and a strong work ethic.
