Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist customers by providing expert advice on product features and specifications to ensure informed purchasing decisions.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, managing cash and credit card payments while maintaining a balanced cash drawer.
  • Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales counter, ensuring that products are well-displayed and easily accessible.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, utilizing problem-solving skills to achieve satisfactory resolutions.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in sales or marketing is a plus.

  • 1-3 years of experience in a BUILDING MATERIALS retail sales or customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

  • BUILDING MATERIAL knowledge in sales or customer service can enhance candidacy and demonstrate commitment to the profession.

  • Experience in BUILDING MATERIAL INDUSTRY is highly desirable for informed sales conversations.
