Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
  • Create exceptional Jordanian-Arabic digital content including landing pages, social media posts, and display advertisements
  • Handle both large-scale content projects and short-form copy such as headlines and taglines
  • Transcreate global marketing materials to ensure local relevance for Jordanian consumers
  • Collaborate with international teams across time zones while maintaining brand voice consistency
  • Produce diverse deliverables including user-facing content, copy decks, reports, and formal communications
  • Ensure all content aligns with project objectives and client expectations in both tone and technical accuracy
  • Contribute to workflow improvements and internal best practices
  • Maintain grammatical accuracy and brand voice standards across all content

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 4 years of professional copywriting experience as a Jordanian-Arabic copywriter
  • University Bachelor's degree (preferably in a relevant discipline)
  • At least 3 years of professional communications experience, including experience working in Jordan
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with natural, professional tone
  • Ability to interpret briefs and create compelling copy aligned with client objectives
  • Experience across multiple digital formats: websites, organic/paid social media, and paid advertising
  • Excellent spoken and written Jordanian Arabic and fluent English
  • Strong computer skills across various software platforms
  • Relevant portfolio required (luxury brand experience preferred)
  • Ability to maintain tone and terminology consistency across all content
  • Comfortable collaborating with non-Arabic speakers while preserving copy quality
  • Can work independently and as part of cross-functional teams
  • Experience creating communications for different audiences across various formats
