Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a dedicated and well-organized Coordinator – Limousine Operations to support daily limousine booking activities between high-end hotel guests and drivers. This role is essential in ensuring a seamless, professional, and timely transport experience for guests of 5-star and 7-star hotels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact between hotel guests and limousine drivers.
- Coordinate and confirm limousine bookings efficiently and accurately.
- Ensure all guest requirements and special requests are clearly communicated and met.
- Track booking details and maintain updated records.
- Liaise with hotel concierge and front desk staff to manage booking schedules.
- Provide excellent customer service in line with luxury hospitality standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in hospitality, transportation, or coordination roles preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- AED 1,000 (All-Inclusive) + AED 5 Commission per Booking
