Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Cook/Chef specializing in traditional Kerala cuisine to join our food stall at Global Village Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in preparing authentic Kerala dishes and be able to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Desired Candidate Profile
Responsibilities: Prepare and cook a variety of Kerala dishes (vegetarian and non-vegetarian). Maintain consistency, taste, and authenticity in all meals. Manage kitchen operations efficiently during peak hours. Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
Requirements: Proven experience in Kerala cuisine (restaurant, catering, or food festivals). Strong knowledge of Kerala spices, flavors, and cooking techniques. Ability to work under pressure and deliver high-quality dishes. Team player with good communication skills.
