Job Description

We are looking for a professional and experienced Contracts Administrator to join an industry leader in domestic services in the UAE. The successful candidate will manage a high volume of administration, communicating with both management and clients, ensuring continual improvement in customer satisfaction.


Key responsibilities:

  • Managing customer service and after sales care and support of clients.
  • Upholding company SLA and UAE Labor law for - Domestics Workers ensuring workers are accounted for: medical insurance, Travel NOCs, return to the country and have HR support when required.
  • Preparing weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for senior management on status of current contracts and payment or as requested.
  • Reporting to Management any challenges due to changing legal requirements or company or client non-compliance contracts.
  • Quality assurance of the visa process flow to ensure maximum service availability and performance for our customers and ensure continual improvement in customer satisfaction.
  • Propose different solutions outside of set parameters to address more complex day-to-day problems and ability to prioritize information for decision making use technical experience and analytical thinking.
  • Increase renewal rates and decrease cancellation rates.


Required Education & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 2+ years experience in UAE


Required Skills:

  • Confident communicator with excellent conflict resolution ability
  • Sharp eye for attention to detail
  • Proficiency in creating detailed reports and presentations using tools like MS Office and other reporting software.
