Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
• Negotiate hotel contracts and secure competitive rates and allocations. • Build and maintain strong relationships with hotels, DMCs, and suppliers. • Expand the company’s hotel portfolio across Dubai and international markets. • Monitor market trends and competitor rates to ensure competitive pricing. • Coordinate with internal sales and reservations teams to maximize revenue. • Ensure contracts are accurate, updated, and in line with company standards. • Attend travel fairs, exhibitions, and networking events to develop partnerships.
Desired Candidate Profile
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in the tourism/hospitality industry, preferably in hotel contracting or sales. • Strong network of contacts within the hotel industry in UAE and/or GCC. • Excellent negotiation and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and achieve targets. • Fluency in English (Arabic) language skills are an advantage). • Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or Business Administration (preferred, but not mandatory).
