Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify trends and target audiences, ensuring campaigns are data-driven and relevant.
  • Develop and execute engaging content strategies across various social media platforms to boost brand awareness and audience engagement.
  • Create high-quality, original content, including written posts, videos, infographics, and other visual assets, tailored to target audiences.
  • Manage and maintain social media calendars, ensuring consistent and timely content publication to maximize reach.
  • Monitor social media channels for brand mentions, engage with followers, and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Analyze social media data and website traffic to identify trends, track performance, and optimize content strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to align content with overall brand guidelines and marketing campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and content creation best practices.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, ad creation, and performance monitoring.

  • Has at least 2-3 years of proven experience in content creation and social media management.
  • Demonstrates a strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Exhibits excellent writing, editing, and communication skills, with a knack for crafting compelling narratives.
  • Proficient in using content creation tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar software.
  • Displays strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Possesses a creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
  • Demonstrates a proactive and results-oriented approach, with a passion for social media and digital marketing.

  • Has experience in managing social media advertising campaigns and optimizing for performance.
  • Proven experience of at least 3-5 years in a marketing role, preferably within a relevant industry.

  • Preference for candidates with experience in B2B or B2C marketing, depending on the company's focus.
