Construction Manager Civil Dutco Construction Co. (L.L.C)

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager – Civil to lead the delivery of a prestigious mall project in Dubai. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in managing large‑scale developments, with a proven track record overseeing the full project lifecycle—from design coordination through to successful handover.

Lead and manage all civil construction activities to ensure timely and quality delivery of the project. Oversee day‑to‑day site operations, ensuring alignment with project specifications, drawings, and contractual requirements. Coordinate closely with consultants, designers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution. Review and approve IFC drawings, shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to maintain schedule and budget. Ensure strict compliance with Dubai authority regulations (Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, DCD, RTA, etc.). Conduct regular site inspections to verify quality, safety, and workmanship standards. Lead civil works interfaces with MEP, structural, architectural, and façade teams. Manage contractor performance, resolve technical issues, and ensure adherence to QA/QC procedures. Oversee testing, commissioning, and handover activities, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate. Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for senior management. Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with HSE policies.
