Construction Foreman AL SAIFI BUILDING

Oversee and coordinate daily construction activities on villa and building projects, ensuring adherence to plans, specifications, and safety standards.

• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of construction projects.

• Manage and lead a team of construction workers, assigning tasks and responsibilities to ensure efficient project progress.

• Monitor construction site safety, enforcing compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.

• Troubleshoot and resolve construction-related issues promptly to prevent delays and ensure project success.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a civil foreman in residential construction projects, with a focus on villas and buildings, demonstrating a track record of 5 to 7 years.

• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Physical fitness and willingness to work in various weather conditions.
