Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and knowledgeable Compliance Officer to join our team at Conares. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our company adheres to legal standards and internal policies while actively promoting a culture of compliance and ethical behavior. You will work closely with various departments to assess risks, develop compliance processes, and conduct audits and training./p>
- Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures to ensure regulatory adherence.
- Conduct regular internal audits and assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of compliance efforts.
- Monitor changes in regulations and best practices, ensuring the company is informed and compliant.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance-related topics.
- Investigate compliance incidents and coordinate with management to develop action plans.
- Work with legal teams and external auditors to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Prepare compliance reports for management and regulatory agencies as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with compliance and auditing software and MS Office applications.
