Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing ingredients and basic dishes according to the chef s specifications.
- Support senior chefs in day-to-day kitchen operations and mise en place.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation following food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Ensure consistency in food preparation and presentation in line with brand standards.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations during service.
- Monitor inventory levels for your section and communicate shortages promptly.
- Learn and develop culinary techniques through on-the-job training and mentorship.
- Uphold a strong sense of teamwork, punctuality, and professionalism at all times.
- Contribute to a positive and productive kitchen culture where creativity and precision thrive.

Desired Candidate Profile
1 2 years of experience in a professional kitchen, ideally within a 5-star hotel or upscale restaurant.
Certificate or diploma in Culinary Arts or Hospitality is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of international cuisine and food safety standards (HACCP).
Strong attention to detail, discipline, and eagerness to learn from senior chefs.
Good communication skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Team-oriented, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Passion for cooking, presentation, and culinary excellence.
