Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The Commercial Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the commercial aspects of the business. This includes managing sales, contracts, and relationships with clients and suppliers to ensure the organization's commercial success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Management:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to maximize their performance.
- Identify new business opportunities and markets for expansion.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
- Contract Management:
- Negotiate and manage contracts with clients, suppliers, and other business partners.

- Collaborate with legal and finance teams to review and draft contractual agreements.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
- Address client concerns and issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services.
- Market Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and opportunities.
- Analyze customer needs and preferences to tailor products or services accordingly.
- Stay informed about changes in market conditions and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Team Leadership:
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing commercial team.
- Set performance targets and provide ongoing feedback to ensure team success.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
- Risk Management:
- Identify and assess potential risks in commercial activities.
- Develop strategies to mitigate risks and ensure business continuity.
