Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Our client in the HVAC/MEP contracting industry is seeking an experienced and results-driven Commercial Manager.
The role involves overseeing accounts, managing contracts, and strengthening client relationships to ensure profitable growth.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and commercial management within engineering, construction, or related sectors, with proven leadership and negotiation skills.
Job Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day accounting operations.
Manage accounts receivable and payable on a timely basis.
Prepare annual financial reports and ensure timely filing of FTA returns.
Manage banking relationships, credit facilities, and funding requirements.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients.
Manage pricing, warranties, and service agreements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Manage and oversee all legal affairs and legal documentation of the organization.
Desired Candidate Profile
Job Requirements
Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
Minimum 7 10 years of commercial/finance experience, preferably in the engineering, HVAC, or construction industry.
Proven leadership abilities with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Strong team management skills.
A valid driving license is mandatory.
