Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Install and commission commercial kitchen and laundry equipment, ensuring proper setup and functioning.
  • Carry out preventive checks during and after installation to ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues arising during installation and commissioning.
  • Read and interpret wiring diagrams to support electrical connections and system integration.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and technical teams to complete projects on time and in compliance with company standards.
  • Provide support for client handover, ensuring users are briefed on equipment operation and safety measures.
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and installation records in good condition.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and company procedures at all job sites.
  • Read Equipment installation manual and install as per manufacturer instructions.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Certification or Diploma in Industrial/Mechanical/Electrical discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in installation and commissioning of commercial kitchen and laundry equipment.
  • Strong technical knowledge of electrical components.
  • Ability to read and understand wiring diagrams for electrical and control systems.
  • Basic troubleshooting knowledge for kitchen and laundry equipment.
  • Practical expertise in handling different types of installation projects.
  • UAE driving license preferred.
