Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Prepare equipment layout.
  • Prepare plumbing drawings based on project specification.
  • Prepare electrical drawings based on project specification.
  • Prepare ventilation drawings based on project specification.
  • Prepare architectural drawings based on project specification.
  • Prepare gas drawings based on project specification.
  • Prepare reflected ceiling plan drawings based on project specification.
  • Creating Revit model of commercial kitchens and laundry (Level LOD400 & LOD 500 with the potential to do LOI 400 & LOI 500)
  • Collecting data sheets of equipment to incorporate into drawings.
  • Prepare coordination drawings.
  • Attending coordination meetings to update coordination drawings.
  • Filing all drawings to be project specific.
  • Responsible for submitting all drawings.
  • Creating 3D isometric rendering for kitchens when required.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor of Science in engineering or architecture.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience in AutoCAD and Revit software (preferably in the commercial kitchen and laundry field).
  • Detail oriented
  • Very good Communication skills in English.
  • Ability to read drawings well.
  • Creativity to produce designs and sketches.
  • Mathematical skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage stressful situations and strict deadlines.
