Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations to ensure a seamless customer experience, from brewing coffee to serving guests with a smile.
- Manage inventory levels meticulously, ensuring that high-quality ingredients are always in stock without over-ordering.
- Recruit, train, and mentor staff, fostering a positive work environment that encourages growth and teamwork.
- Implement marketing strategies that boost sales and engage the local community, including promotions and events.
Desired Candidate Profile
A degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred, showcasing a solid understanding of the industry.
At least 3 years of experience in a coffee shop or café environment, demonstrating a deep familiarity with daily operations.
Certification in food safety and handling, ensuring compliance with local health regulations for food service.
Experience with inventory management systems, providing insights into stock levels and ordering processes.
