Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies for multiple brand accounts
- Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok
- Manage and optimize social media calendars for each brand, ensuring consistent and timely content delivery
- Analyze social media metrics and prepare regular performance reports to inform strategy adjustments
- Collaborate with marketing, creative, and product teams to align social media efforts with overall brand goals
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation
- Manage a team of social media coordinators, providing guidance and mentorship
- Oversee community management efforts, ensuring timely and appropriate responses to user comments and messages
- Develop and manage influencer partnerships to expand brand reach and engagement
- Implement paid social media campaigns to support marketing objectives
- Ensure brand consistency across all social media channels for each account
