About The Role

Hexagon is hiring a proactive and customer-driven Cloud Solutions Consultant to support critical business operations. This role combines database administration, cloud infrastructure management, and system customization, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.

You will engage directly with customers, handle high-priority technical requests, and help drive cloud performance and security. Your work will ensure data integrity, seamless migrations, and optimized cloud environments, directly impacting our ability to deliver world-class solutions.

Education / Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in a technology-related field or equivalent experience.
• 6-10 years of experience in database administration and cloud infrastructure management.
• Proven experience managing Microsoft Azure Cloud environments in an enterprise setting.
• Strong SQL expertise, with experience in Microsoft SQL Server (Azure SQL Database, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB is a plus).
• Expertise in Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, DNS, and Group Policy.
• Hands-on experience with SQL administration, optimization, and backup strategies.
• Experience managing multi-datacenter environments.
• Familiarity with cloud automation tools (Terraform, Puppet, PowerShell).
• Understanding of IT infrastructure processes, including monitoring, disaster recovery, and performance tuning.
• Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles and best practices.
• Experience with Okta platform features and authentication protocols such as SAML, OAuth, and other federated identity standards.
• Understanding of Change Management Processes.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
