Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to Russian and Arabic-speaking clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues with empathy and efficiency.
- Manage client accounts, ensuring accurate record-keeping, updates, and proactive communication to maintain strong client relationships.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and offer tailored solutions, products, or services.
- Handle inbound and outbound communication (calls, emails, chat) with clients, providing clear, concise, and professional responses in all three languages.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Holds relevant certifications in customer service or client relationship management (e.g., CCNA, CRM certification).
- Demonstrates a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or client-facing roles within the financial services or hospitality industries.
- Exhibits fluency in Russian, Arabic, and English (written and spoken), with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
