We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Classroom Assistant to support our training programs for Nannies. This role involves assisting teaching staff with non-teaching duties, ensuring a smooth learning environment, and providing care, guidance, and supervision to Nannies during their training sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist teaching staff with classroom preparation, materials, and resources.
• Supervise and guide Nannies during training activities and breaks.
• Support the enforcement of classroom rules, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Provide administrative and logistical support to trainers as required.
Education & Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in childcare or education is an advantage.
• Previous experience in an educational, childcare, or training setting is preferred.
Skills & Competencies:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Patience, empathy, and a supportive attitude toward learners.
