Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage daily on-site landscaping operations, ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards. Collaborate with architects, designers, and engineers for design implementation. Oversee the installation of hardscapes, irrigation, drainage, lighting, and green spaces.
  • Monitor and manage site activities to ensure compliance with safety, construction, and quality standards. Supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and laborers to maintain project specifications and timelines. Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks for landscaping work, verifying adherence to technical drawings, engineering specifications, and industry standards.
  • Provide technical guidance and support for soil testing, drainage systems, grading, and material selection. Review and assess construction plans for design feasibility and site appropriateness. Troubleshoot on-site landscape design and construction issues to ensure project continuity.
  • preparing material take-offs, quantities, and cost estimates for both materials and labor. It also emphasizes efficient resource utilization for materials, labor, and equipment to minimize costs and prevent wastage. maintenance of detailed records of project expenditures and reporting on cost overruns or budget adjustments.
  • Detailed logs of work, materials, and scope/design changes are to be maintained. Accurate records of permits, inspections, and compliance certificates must be kept. Coordination with clients is required for project updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring requirements are met. Client feedback and satisfaction with the final product should be managed.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelors degree in Civil engineering
  • Minimum 6 years of experience as an Site engineer
  • Drivers license is preferable
  • Experience in Landscaping projects is mandatory
