As a Civil Site Engineer, you will play a critical role in overseeing and managing construction projects from their inception to completion. You will work on a variety of projects including infrastructure, roads, residential, and commercial developments, and will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Your work will involve site assessment, project scheduling, resource allocation, and ensuring compliance with safety and legal regulations. You will collaborate with project managers, architects, subcontractors, and other engineers to drive project success. Responsibilities

• Interpret and review project plans, specifications, and contract documents.
• Supervise the construction activities to ensure compliance with project designs.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality standards are met.
• Prepare, schedule, coordinate, and monitor assigned engineering projects.
• Monitor progress and compile reports on project status and schedule adjustments.
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and contractors.
• Provide technical advice and resolve design and structural issues on-site.
• Ensure all safety and environmental regulations are met throughout the project.
• Manage and forecast project budgets, resources, and quantity estimations.
• Coordinate and liaise with stakeholders to ensure effective communication.
• Utilize construction management software for efficient project execution and documentation.
• Prepare detailed project plans, including costing and milestone tracking.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is required.
• Proven experience as a Civil Site Engineer in the construction industry.
• Extensive knowledge of construction management processes and standards.
• Proficiency in design and visualization software such as AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills are essential for problem-solving.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
• Up-to-date knowledge of safety and environmental regulations and practices.
