Role :
Civil Project Manager will oversee multistorey Tower construction project in Dubai. The role involves working on behalf of the Developer and ensuring effective coordination with Consultants and Contractors to achieve seamless project execution. The Civil Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring that project progresses as per approved designs, adhere to schedules, and are delivered within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the central point of coordination between Developer, Consultants, and Contractors.
• Monitor and review project designs, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate execution.
• Plan, schedule, and track construction activities to ensure timely delivery.
• Conduct regular project review meetings, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai building regulations, statutory requirements, safety, and quality standards.
• Provide regular updates and progress reports to senior management.
• Manage risks, variations, and ensure project costs remain within approved budgets.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering (Masters in Project/Construction Management preferred).
• 1015 years of relevant experience, with mandatory Dubai/UAE experience in a Developer or reputed Construction company.
• Strong understanding of Dubai construction regulations, approvals, and industry practices.
• Proven track record of managing residential/commercial/industrial projects from inception to handover.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (Primavera, MS Project, AutoCAD, etc.).
