Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage construction and maintenance activities on-site
• Allocate tasks to workers and ensure optimal use of resources
• Interpret civil drawings and plans for execution
• Monitor site progress and ensure adherence to schedules
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with UAE regulations
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Maintain daily work logs and report site issues and progress
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met
• Handle site emergencies and resolve technical queries

Desired Candidate Profile

• Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering or 12th Grade with solid construction experience
• With Fit-out Experience
• Good knowledge of civil construction materials, methods, and UAE codes
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
