Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Civil Foreman with a strong background in interior fit-out works, preferably in F&B (Food & Beverage) construction projects. The candidate should be capable of supervising on-site activities, managing site labor, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring timely and quality delivery of work as per project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day site activities related to civil and interior fit-out works.
• Coordinate and monitor subcontractors and workforce to ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Ensure high standards of workmanship and safety are maintained on site.
• Review and nterpret construction drawings and report any discrepancies.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks as per project schedules.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, consultants, and site staff.
• Manage site logistics and ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and materials.
• Maintain site documentation, including daily work reports, labor attendance, and material delivery records.
• Conduct quality checks and resolve any site-related issues promptly.
• Assist in preparing and updating site progress reports and work plans.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in civil/fit-out projects, preferably in F&B outlets, restaurants, or hospitality spaces.
• Solid understanding of fit-out methods, civil finishes, materials, and safety procedures.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficient in reading and understanding technical drawings.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred:

• Candidates with experience in managing fast-paced fit-out projects in malls or high-end restaurant interiors will be prioritized.
