Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at site

  • Plan, execute, and monitor steel structure erection and fabrication works

  • Study and interpret structural, fabrication, and shop drawings

  • Coordinate with site supervisors, fabricators, subcontractors, and vendors

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards

  • Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly site reports

  • Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues

  • Ensure materials and workmanship meet project specifications

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in civil engineering works

  • Mandatory experience in steel structure erection and fabrication

  • Experience in industrial or commercial project preferred

  • Strong knowledge of steel structures, fabrication processes, and erection methods

  • Ability to read and understand structural and fabrication drawings

  • Knowledge of construction materials and site execution practices

  • Familiar with safety procedures and quality control requirements

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and basic documentation

  • Understanding of site measurements and inspections

  • Good communication and coordination skills

  • Strong problem-solving ability

  • Ability to work independently and manage site activities

  • Time management and team handling
