Civil Engineer Out of the Box LLC

Collaborate with designers, architects, project managers, and clients to understand project requirements. Assist in planning layouts and structural elements for exhibitions, event stages, booths, and temporary installations. Review and approve shop drawings and layout plans for structural adequacy and compliance.

Ensure all temporary structures (e.g., stages, pavilions, platforms) are structurally sound and stable.

Propose suitable materials and construction techniques specific to short-term installations.

Oversee on-site execution of fit-out works to ensure timely and accurate delivery.

Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for timely material delivery and installation.

Ensure compliance with local building codes, event-specific regulations, and international safety standards (e.g., OSHA, ISO).

Prepare documentation for approvals from authorities or venue management.

Optimize material usage and propose cost-effective construction methods without compromising safety or quality.

Supervise dismantling operations post-event, ensuring safe and efficient removal of structures.
