As a Civil Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and managing construction projects ranging from roads, buildings, airports, tunnels, dams, bridges, and water systems. You will work closely with a team to ensure all projects are completed according to the engineering specifications and safety regulations, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. This position requires a unique blend of technical expertise and creativity, ensuring that projects are not only functional but also sustainable and environmentally friendly. As a Civil Engineer, you will utilize your skills in structural analysis, design, and project management to bring innovative solutions to complex engineering challenges, contributing to infrastructure development and the improvement of community living conditions.

• Design, plan, and supervise construction activities to ensure project requirements are met.
• Conduct soil testing and surveys to identify technical requirements for construction sites.
• Develop detailed design plans and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and work schedules for various construction projects.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and legal regulations during the construction process.
• Perform structural analysis to determine strength, stability, and durability of structures.
• Coordinate with contractors, architects, and consultants to address design and construction issues.
• Monitor project progress and collaborate with teams to ensure timely completion.
• Conduct site inspections and audits to assess project compliance with blueprints and specifications.
• Provide technical advice and recommendations to resolve engineering-related problems.
• Review environmental impact studies and ensure projects adhere to environmental regulations.
• Prepare and present reports, proposals, and project updates to stakeholders and management.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred or the ability to obtain it within a year.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in civil engineering projects, preferably in construction.
• Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software and other engineering tools.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication and project management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
