Chocolatier Bonza

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chocolatier to join our team and craft high-quality, handmade chocolate products. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in chocolate tempering, molding, decorating, and a deep understanding of flavor pairing and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Temper and mold chocolate using traditional and modern techniques
• Create a variety of chocolates, truffles, pralines, and bars
• Develop and test new recipes, flavors, and seasonal collections
• Decorate chocolates using piping, airbrushing, or hand painting
• Ensure high standards of hygiene and food safety
• Monitor inventory and ensure quality control of ingredients and equipment
• Assist with packaging, labeling, and display preparation
• Collaborate with the team to develop seasonal collections and special orders
• Support events and assist with packaging to make every chocolate experience memorable

What we're looking for:

• 5 years of experience
• Proven experience crafting high-quality chocolates, truffles, and confections
• Expert in tempering, molding, and decorative techniques
• Strong creativity with a passion for flavor innovation and presentation
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus
• Food Safety certification is a plus
• Passion for chocolate and continuous learning in confectionery trends
