Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Optimize manufacturing and production processes at the aluminum and glass façade facility.

• Lead and oversee all aspects of the business, including design, operations, commercial, finance, factory production, and project execution.

• Drive innovation in façade systems, materials, and production techniques.

• Drive operational excellence by implementing strategies that enhance productivity and efficiency across all departments.

• Develop and oversee the execution of the company’s operational policies and procedures to ensure alignment with overall business goals.

• Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and solving complex operational challenges, ensuring the sustainability of business practices.

• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for operational improvements and innovation.

• Manage budgeting and resource allocation processes, ensuring that operational activities are cost-effective and aligned with financial goals.

• Serve as a key liaison between operations and other departments, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration throughout the organization.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA preferred for advanced operational leadership.

• Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in operations management, preferably in a fast-paced industry.

• Familiarity with aluminium and glass façade industry-specific regulations and compliance standards, ensuring the organization operates within legal frameworks.

• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus, especially in multinational environments.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights for decision-making.
