Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all land surveying projects, ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
  • Conduct topographic, boundary, and construction surveys using advanced surveying technology and techniques.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to provide accurate survey data essential for project success.
  • Prepare and review survey documents, reports, and maps, ensuring precision and clarity in all deliverables.
  • Mentor and train junior surveyors and field staff, fostering a culture of professionalism and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee the maintenance and calibration of surveying equipment, ensuring all tools meet safety and performance standards.
  • Analyze survey data and provide recommendations for land use and development based on findings.
  • Engage with clients and stakeholders, addressing concerns and providing expert advice on land surveying matters.
  • Stay updated on technological advancements and industry trends, integrating innovative solutions into survey practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Has worked for Multi million Roads and Infrastructure projects in UAE with Clients such as RTA, Dubai Municipality, DEWA and other Dubai Authorities and Developers
  • Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying, Geomatics, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Professional licensure as a Land Surveyor, with a strong preference for candidates with additional certifications.
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant land surveying experience, preferably in both public and private sectors.
  • Experience with CAD software and GPS surveying technology is essential for efficient project execution.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of liaising effectively with clients and team members.
  • Proven leadership abilities with a track record of mentoring teams and managing project deliverables.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work on time and within budget.
  • Physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while operating surveying equipment.
