Position Overview

The Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) will lead the people strategy, organizational transformation, and HR innovation for the group. This leadership role requires a seasoned HR executive with deep expertise in the real estate, construction, or infrastructure sectors, capable of steering enterprise-wide HR practices that drive business growth and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership: Shape and execute a forward-looking HR strategy aligned with the company s business and growth objectives.Talent Management: Lead workforce planning, talent acquisition, succession planning, and leadership development to build a future-ready talent pipeline.Organizational Development: Drive large-scale organizational transformation initiatives, performance management, and culture-building programs.Rewards & Recognition: Develop and implement competitive compensation, benefits, and rewards strategies to attract and retain top talent.Digital HR Transformation: Champion HR process modernization, digital adoption, and data-driven HR practices to enhance efficiency and employee experience.Stakeholder Management: Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and board, providing insights on workforce strategy, culture, and organizational health.Diversity & Inclusion: Foster a diverse, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture across multi-national teams.

Candidate Profile

Experience: 20+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including significant exposure at the executive/board level.Sector Expertise: Strong background in real estate, construction, or infrastructure industries is mandatory.Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and inspire large, multi-national HR teams across geographies.Transformation Experience: Demonstrated track record of managing organizational change, HR transformation, and culture development.Business Acumen: Deep understanding of the business drivers of large-scale development and infrastructure projects.Stakeholder Influence: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at the highest levels of leadership.
