Colleague Outlet in Baghdad, Iraq is seeking a talented and dedicated Chef De Partie to join our culinary team. As a Chef De Partie, you will be responsible for overseeing a specific section of our kitchen, ensuring high-quality food preparation and efficient service delivery.

• Manage and operate a designated section of the kitchen, such as sauces, grills, or pastry
• Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to menu specifications and quality standards
• Collaborate with the Head Chef and other kitchen staff to develop new menu items and improve existing recipes
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards in your designated area
• Train and supervise junior kitchen staff in your section
• Assist in inventory management and stock rotation
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Contribute to the overall smooth operation of the kitchen during service times

• Proven experience as a Chef De Partie or in a similar culinary role
• Strong knowledge of various cuisines and cooking techniques
• Excellent food preparation and presentation skills
• Proficiency in operating kitchen equipment and tools
• Valid food safety certification
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Strong time management and organizational skills
