Roles & Responsibilities

As Chef de Cuisine Main Kitchen, you will oversee the bulk kitchen, butchery, garde manger, and commissary, ensuring smooth coordination of large-scale production, receiving, and dispatching across all outlets. You will lead the preparation of daily mise en place, banquet support, wellness meals, and amenity programs, while upholding the highest hygiene and operational standards.

You bring strong leadership, exceptional organizational skills, and a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role within a luxury environment. You are highly skilled in high-volume production and team management, with a sharp focus on quality, efficiency, and food safety compliance.
