Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Channel Sales Executive to expand our dealer and distribution network in the HVAC and trading sector in the UAE market. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and managing dealers, resellers, and retail shops to increase sales and market share.
- Dealer Recruitment & Development
• Identify potential dealers, distributors, and retail partners within assigned territory.
• Negotiate and onboard new channel partners to expand the sales network.
• Conduct market research to identify gaps and opportunities in dealer coverage.
• Sales & Revenue Growth
• Achieve sales targets through effective channel management.
• Support dealers in achieving their sales goals by providing product knowledge, pricing strategies, and promotions.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance of each dealer and provide guidance for improvement.
• Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with channel partners.
• Act as the main point of contact for dealers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Ensure regular follow-ups, visits, and communication with channel partners.
• Marketing & Promotion Support
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement dealer promotions and campaigns.
• Ensure proper product placement and visibility at dealer shops.
• Organize training sessions and product demonstrations for dealer staff.
• Reporting & Compliance
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports, market intelligence, and competitor activities.
• Ensure all dealer agreements, documentation, and compliance requirements are met.
• Track and manage dealer accounts, including pricing, discounts, and payment follow-ups.Position Overview
Desired Candidate Profile
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is an advantage).
• 3–5 years of proven experience in channel sales, dealer development, or business development, preferably in the HVAC, building materials, or MEP industry.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to travel frequently to meet dealers and visit shops.
• Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage for the Dubai / Middle East market.
• Valid driver’s license.
