Change Management Trainee (Emiratisation) Chalhoub Group

What You ll Be Doing

We are looking for a highly motivated and proactive trainee to support the Managed Companies Change Management team. This traineeship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in change management initiatives across various projects impacting both frontline and back-office teams.

1. Presentation & Visual Design: Develop engaging presentation decks using PowerPoint and Canva to effectively communicate project updates and training materials. Design compelling visuals and infographics to support change initiatives and enhance team engagement.
2. Communication & Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with the Change Management Lead to create communication plans and tailored content for key stakeholders.
3. Workshops & Training Support: Assist in planning and coordinating workshops, training sessions, and meetings.
4. Project Documentation & Organization: Maintain and organize project documentation to ensure seamless accessibility and accuracy.

What You ll Need to Succeed

1. Strong proficiency in visual design tools (PowerPoint, Canva) with an eye for detail and creativity.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
3. Proactive and eager to learn, with a growth mindset.
4. Collaborative and a team player, with a positive attitude.
