Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities

Candidates with only administrative experience will not be considered !!!
Qualifications & Experience Required:
Fluent in Arabic, English & French.
Proficient is using Microsoft Excel/Power Point/Word.
Interpersonal and Communication skills.
Trustworthy, honest and can handle work under pressure.
Bachelor s degree in Business administration or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as C.E.O Personal Assistant.
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
Ability to adapt quickly in any work environment.
High discipline & respect for work ethics standards and confidentiality.
Strong ability to multitask and strong attention to details.
Duties & responsibilities:
Assist the CEO in all tasks related to business operations and day-to-day activities.
Arrange and schedule meetings, appointments, and any business-related activities and be responsible for writing minutes for all meetings.
Foster and maintain positive relationships with colleagues, clients, and all visitors.
Maintain accurate records of correspondence (both paper and electronic) on behalf of the CEO.
Greet and direct C.E.O visitors, answer inquiries, and respond to complaints and requests professionally.
Perform general office tasks, including data entry, answering phone calls, managing emails, and maintaining filing systems.
Plan and coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
Prepare and submit weekly reports to the CEO on business operations and progress.
Organize and plan company events, such as conferences and promotional activities in collaboration with relevant departments.
