Responsibilities


  • Plan and design CCTV system installations based on client specifications and security needs.

  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot surveillance camera hardware and related software applications.

  • Conduct routine maintenance checks to ensure systems are operating at optimal efficiency.

  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime for clients.

  • Collaborate with clients to provide personalized solutions for unique security challenges.

  • Keep detailed service records updated to track maintenance and installation activities.

  • Provide technical support and training to clients to help them understand their systems.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in surveillance technology and techniques.

  • Ensure all installations are compliant with local, state, and federal security regulations.

  • Coordinate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

  • Develop project plans and timelines, ensuring adherence to client requirements and budgets.

  • Maintain inventory of necessary tools, parts, and equipment for efficient service delivery.
