Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are hiring a Cashier cum Customer Service Representative for our Dubai-based retail outlet. This is a direct company job (no agency involved).
The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer payments, billing, and ensuring a smooth customer experience at the counter.
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Handle cash, card, and digital transactions accurately using POS system
- Issue receipts, refunds, and change as required
- Manage customer inquiries, returns, and complaints efficiently
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the cashier area
- Support daily inventory and stock reporting when needed
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 1 years of experience as a cashier or customer service staff
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Experience with POS systems, barcode scanners, and cash drawers
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling money
- Presentable and professional attitude
- Preference: Candidates already in the UAE with visit/cancelled visa
