Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate all carpentry work on-site, ensuring projects adhere to design specifications and high-quality standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress, implement safety protocols, and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Prepare and manage project schedules, allocating resources effectively to meet deadlines and optimize workflow.
- Communicate with project managers, architects, and clients to clarify project details and address any concerns promptly.
- Review blueprints and technical drawings, translating them into actionable tasks for the carpentry team.
- Resolve on-site conflicts and challenges proactively, maintaining a positive work atmosphere and client satisfaction.
Desired Candidate Profile
- At least 5 years of hands-on carpentry experience, with a proven track record of leading teams on residential or commercial projects.
- Strong technical skills in carpentry tools and machinery, with a focus on safety and precision in every task.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make decisions under pressure.
