Job Title: Cards Product Manager – SME

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Cards Product Manager (SME) to join our Payments division in Dubai. The role involves driving the design, execution, commercialization, and post-launch ramp-up of Amazon’s co-brand card in the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Management: Develop and implement innovative credit card strategies and features tailored to the consumer segment.
• Portfolio Management: Track and analyze portfolio performance (profitability, utilization, retention, customer satisfaction).
• Card Launches & Scaling: Drive successful card launches, promotional campaigns, and growth strategies.
• Risk Management: Ensure compliance with credit, fraud, and regulatory requirements.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and regulatory authorities to ensure smooth execution and delivery.

Key Deliverables (KPIs)

• Achievement of product launch milestones.
• Growth in card portfolio (GDV).
• Customer satisfaction and retention.
• Revenue and profitability targets.
• 100% compliance with UAE regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 10+ years in credit card product management (preferably in the consumer segment).
• Mandatory Skills:
  Strong UAE Cards Experience.
  Proven experience in card launches in UAE.
  Immediate availability is a must.
• Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Deep understanding of the UAE payments ecosystem and regulatory environment.
